CCS ChintanWith the budget announcement around the corner, CCS is hosting a Chintan with Mrinalini Sapra to provide an overview of how to interpret it, and its implications. Mrinalini is a 2004 batch Indian Revenue Services Officer presently posted as Joint Commissioner of Income Tax (APA) in International Taxation Directorate, New Delhi. She completed her Bachelor’s in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University and went on to do a MSc in Economics at Warwick University UK. She has also recently completed Masters in Public Administration from National University of Singapore in 2014.
