Project Manager - Strategic Outreach & Digital Engagement
A lawyer by training, Parnal has been working at the triage of law, policy and development for the last three years. Currently a member of World Health Organisation's Legal Development Program on Road Safety in India, she previously worked with SaveLIFE Foundation, wherein she analysed, drafted and monitored statutes and policy gestures pertaining to road safety, Good Samaritan law and access to emergency medical care in India. She has also been a United Nations Youth Fellow at Diplomacy Summer School in Bucharest and consequently served as a Guest Contributor to a Senior European academician's web-journal. An incurable empath and bibliophile, she loves to write in her free time and has published several pieces for journals including The Diplomat.
Parnal holds a Bachelor in Law from IP University and studied Public International Law at the Indian Society of International Law in New Delhi.
